There is few reports from 7 Allen in Escort section since this place is not really a massage place. Few guys pretty well described how to find this place, the only think I would add the door to the basement is the first gray metal door on your left past the stairs.

I actually went there this morning and had no problem finding this little shithole. The place is a fricken mess. Seen a few reports about 98 Mott. I must have gone at the wrong time of day, but I stopped by in the evening.
