They do a sufficient background check. Once you're in, it is very easy. Had some fun times and some not so fun. In my experience the apt near rush and division had the not so great lookers and the one on deerborn was great! Good luck.

Very reputable agency that works in the Gold Coast, similar to the 262. They are very cautious and you really have to identify yourself to them. They use apartments which keeps the costs down, but expect them to be very selective as to who they do business with. I don't think it's worth it if you are a suburban dude.
