This is my second post entailing my massage review rundown in the area. All of my visits occurred in the past 18 mos, a couple were two years ago.

For what its worth; none of the places I am reviewing are places I will ever be visiting again. While I "lurked" as they say around this website for a couple years, I waited quite a while to make my first post, maybe I was thinking that if I found a jewel in the rough I wanted to keep it to myself. Well after a little over two years of visiting these places, the jewels are VERY rare, and now I want to give my honest opinion of all the places I've been. Yes, there are a couple jewels, but they are very few and rarely last long.

Secondly, the ones I'm choosing to review are the ones you will see posted the most frequently in the various classifieds around town. Some of them are so incessant about posting (they might post ten times in the same day) that it gets a bit annoying.

Thirdly, you'll notice other reviews on this site that will say various 'legit' place don't offer extras. I've found that to be incorrect. The only difference BTW a legit place and a non-legit place, is that they will NOT offer extras the FIRST time. Go to any of these places long enough, be a gentleman (that is KEY), and the environment changes. In fact, the best place I've EVER been was a 100% a legit place that I went to every other week for a year because they had hands down the absolute hottest model type provider. I NEVER once asked for more, never broached the subject, and was nothing but a gentleman. And I also tolerated a less than average massage (haha) A year later I scheduled a visit like always and when I walked In she greeted me like I was her long lost boyfriend (even though I'd just seen her three weeks before) and EVERYTHING that day changed. And I didn't even have to spend a dollar that day (so weirdly enough nothing was illegal), and yes I got a LOT more. Sadly, she is gone, and the place doesn't exist anymore.

This place is an old building, doesn't look bad on the outside, but inside is run down. Tables suck, and the massage rooms have a dumpy worn out vibe.

I've been here twice. The first time was in the summer and there were two women one in her late 30's, one in her early 40's, both more attractive than what you usually find in an AMP. Their age made up for the overall dumpiness and non-sexiness of the place and its why I ended up going back a second time.

BUT on my second visit here a month ago the two women were both around the age of 50. Gone were the sexier girls, and gone was any excitement on my part.

It's a standard AMP experience, yet even though I told them I wanted a 'hard' massage, it was pretty weak each time. The younger girl (who isn't there anymore) and the older lady I had the second time each seemed to be rather robotic.

After the hot towel, each visit involved the women offering to show me more for a tip. If you read my first post then you know that on my second visit I politely declined with the older lady and thanked her for the massage and left.

Cost 7. Plus tip.

Rating 3/5 first visit, 1/5 second visit.

Been here four times. I first visited this place a little over two years ago as the pictures in the add are top notch and they bill themselves as a legitimate place. I didn't think a legit place would use fake pics, and while its not a classic 'bait and switch' as they say, I would put this in the category of a "sometimes bait and switch" in that the girls in the photos occasionally work there, but not very often.

The technicality is that the AA lady who runs the place does indeed get the girls in the photos to work for her, BUT they don't work very many hours each week. Its almost exclusively the 50 ish female owner who is in there the majority of the week.

The first time I called and specifically asked for the girl in the pic, and over the phone they said no problem; but when I arrived I was told she "had to leave suddenly" and the owner ended up doing my massage.

The second time I actually got the girl in the photo, and the third time I got the girl in the photo, but the fourth time was the "she had to leave suddenly" line again.

The good: Props to the owner of the place who is basically running an AMP but with no Asians; mainly mixed girls and girls of Latina descent. If you do actually get one of the employees, they are definitely fairly attractive.

The bad: the owner isn't above faking you out if she needs extra cash that month, and the massage really isn't spectacular. Neither of three women who I got massages from (the owner and two different employees) gave me a great massage. They seem to see it as giving you an 'ok' massage, getting to the reverse, and then getting you out.

I have mixed feelings about the place, and having gone four times should indicate that I really wasn't sure what I thought of the place, but its been at least 9 months since I went last, and when I see their adds online, there isn't any interest on my part of visiting again.

Cost; 1 plus tip.

Famous Shiatsu Massage – Mound Road.

This AMP doesn't advertise anymore, probably because they've been on Mound road as long as I can remember. Its owned by the same owner who operates the AMP on Dequindre that I reviewed in my last post, and that I rated highly for giving a really good quality massage.

I used to go to this place two yeas ago as they had two providers in their late 30's who were both really attractive and gave stellar massages. Unfortunately, the owner told me they both moved back to China.

The current providers are your typical late 40 ish – 60 ish, and unlike the place on dequindre, they seem much less interested in giving a good massage. The last time I went was about 10 mos ago and I swear they just wanted to get me to the reverse and get me out. Everything was robotic and dull.

Nearly two years ago I went there on a particularly busy day and they asked if I could wait fifteen minutes in the lobby (which usually never occurs at AMP if you are familiar with them) and I didn't have anything better to do so I said yes.

Well, this was when I met the owner, because she was in the front lobby area sitting in there with a 50 ish white guy who was apparently her bookkeeper. He was going into great detail regarding the various receipts she needed to keep for tax purposes. I don't want to go into any details that would betray private stuff about the place, but it was definitely fascinating to hear the actual owner of these AMP's talk about running them and different things that were entailed. And as everyone knows, these places are cash cows; so the owner definitely has to cover her ass when it comes to taxes and the government.

Nice report. A couple of questions for you if you don't mind helping me out. Looking for a good nuru place and I liked the add with the good experience and then the lady from upstairs. Is the link the correct link? I was thinking about trying it out. Can I ask for the younger girl? Name? Looks?

Also, where is the add or link for #2 across from Oakland Mall. Also, any more details on #6 (F / s, etc) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The building is an old high rise part apartment building / part commercial offices and the AMP is on the second floor. They have a shower available, but its not a TS and its solo so I've never used it.

Hands down the best experience at any AMP I've had in the area.

The two girls who work there are both under 30 and in excellent shape.

The add comes and go and currently I don't see it, they can be tough to get a hold of (not really sure why, maybe they make enough money and then take days off at a time).

I've been there four times and each time walk away satisfied.

Because the vast majority of AMP's in the area are older providers, its nice to go to a place with young women for a change. The girls usually wear yoga pants and allow ample roaming.

They aren't big in taking things off, but tip them well and as long as your not aggressive they want you to leave happy.

Their english is really bad (unless they are faking it) so there is much conversing that will go on.

Damage; 1. 1.

Stars; 4/5, I debated giving them 5 but their english is so bad it is a bit of a muted experience. The price is pretty cheap though, 70 plus tip.

This one is a tough one to rate. Her setting is about as perfect as they come; nice apartment, shower in the backroom, etc. I went there twice and had two different experience. First time was with a young white girl about 5'4 140 in her twenties and she started out having us both take a shower together, then a nuru massage (no extras beyond typical ending) but overall it was a pretty good time and I'd give her four stars, and might have given her 5 except some lady in the loft upstairs would occasionally talk downstairs to us; she was listening to our conversation the whole time!

So the second time I go I find out that I don't get the same young girl, but I get the lady who was upstairs; AA, well fit, mid to late 50's and wearing sunglasses (I think to help her look younger). She wanted to do the shower with me, but again; no way I wanted to shower with someone close to my moms age, and honestly, she is a bit on the nutty side. No offense to her, but ten minutes in I realized I would never be coming back there.

Damage; 1. 5.

Stars; first experience; 4/5, second; 0/5 though I should give the old lady a few more stars for effort I guess.

Okay, so you're starting to see a theme that I like younger women. Oasis does NOT have younger women, BUT they are two very nice lades late 40 ish /50 ish and in very good shape. I was surprised I enjoyed the first time so much and I ended up going back a second. Massage is good.

I tipped 30 both times and each of the women seemed happy about the tip which was nice, because other places I've been the provider whines unless you tip 40 or more.

They will actually remove their clothes if you play your cards right and I dreamed that I was extremely impressed with how they looked.

After giving it thought, I think why I liked the experience is due to the cheerfulness of the two providers. They weren't robotic at all, and seemed to genuinely appreciate attending to me. Like I said, giving me a total experience (even if the provider is faking it, although I don't think these two women were) is a big plus in my book.

I read a recent review of the place by someone else in the site here and they mentioned the women had moved to a clarkston location. I'm not sure but either way I think going there twice was enough.

Going to be in Utica today, looking to stop by Day Spa. It's been a while since I've been there, and I only saw Lee when I was there two times. I think she is mamasan and provider. She is older thick not attractive but has HUGE cans. The ad now says new young providers, so I'm thinking I should go back. Can anyone confirms young FS girls at this location?

I saw that add too. My buddy has been there a few more times than not and has seen 3 different ladies all about 6/10. They were all a bit older buy okay and he said most things can be found on the menu. Lately Lee, the mamasan who is a 50 ish yr old lady has taken a liking to him and when asked to see another girl, she always says next time. She gives a halfway decent massage and lets him blow it on her big titties, so he went with it. It would be great to know if there were new girls available. Maybe me or my buddy will toftt. Rainman, the original post you quoted was asking about Relax in Ferndale. Tiffany is also in ferndale, but it is a different establishment. Not sure if it was your intention to quote the "relax" post or not.

I see Tiffany somewhat regularly myself. Nothing but positive things to say, and can confirm the recent report below. I do wish her massage style was more therapeutic than relaxing, but oh well. She is quite good looking.

I've been to Relax one time. I can't remember if I reported on it or not, but my visit was consistent with the other reports I've read on this site.

Rather boring IMO, lady I had was nice, but she was nearly my mom's age so I opted for a straight up massage for a hh.

She left the room for hot towel toward the end and after wiping my back down, before I realized what she was doing she removed her top and was going for my groin but I politely declined. I can see that older gentlemen might be into her because she wasn't out of shape or ugly for her age (I don't remember her name) but I'm early 30's and wasn't feeling it. Gave her a 20 tip for the massage (it wasn't the best I'd had) and she seemed happy.

I've gone here a couple times based on reviews (I read through reviews going back a couple years worth) and coming from out of state perhaps I'm biased but the place is in a dumpy strip mall and the two different providers I had were hardly worth the 1. 4 I paid. I agree with other reviewers that the providers definitely do their best to make you leaving satisfied, but gawd its hard not to feel that you are spending an hour with providers who have a LOT of miles on them.

I look at the hobby as something of a fantasy experience, so even if a provider has a lot of miles, I don't want the fantasy spoiled by the setting and situation making me aware of that obvious fact.

Consider this; Angelina Jolie and Rachel Weiz have a LOT of miles on both of them, but they do a great job making you FORGET about that fact. Tara Reid and Lindsay Lohan not so much!

So I tried M-1 out twice and I can't see ever going back because I didn't sit at home afterwards thinking about what an awesome fantasy experience it was at all.

On the reverse its pretty straight to the business no nonsense. Nothing erotic or sensual, but I don't think she is aiming for that. I think her attitude is that its merely a component of a complete massage.

Only went once, won't repeat, mainly because if I want a good legit massage there are other places I've found. But its no offense to Rain. If you want a straight up massage with a HE for only then she would work because she is centrally located. It doesn't seem anything extra is on the table besides HE.

7. Asian girl that advertises by the name of Tiffany in her adds. No current posting but regularly posts to BP an craigslist.

This one only posts erratically, I had been watching her posts for a bit and finally tried. She is a very attractive 35 year old AMP.

But the setting is a bit odd; she rents a room in a professional nail salon on woodward in ferndale.

There were at least 5 customers plus other employees in there when she took me to the backroom. Tiffany is extremely hot and dresses to the nines, but the massage is not therapeutic in any way; she uses hot stones and I think her aim is to offer only a sensual massage plus extra on the flip. I opted for no extra because there was no way I could even conceive of getting my mind into it with women & CHILDREN in the other room. Too weird for me, and I think tiffany is pushing it by operating that kind of business in such a high profile place.

On the reveres she went to make it happen but I politely declined and told her there was no way I wanted to do that with children in the next room. She was nice about me declining, but she seemed to think it a bit odd that I didn't want it.

Damage - 80 plus 20 tip.

Stars - 2/5.

8. Shiatsu. Dequindre / troy.

Been here at least a dozen times because they give an incredibly awesome massage along with backwalking. There are 4 or 5 different women ranging 35 - 55. The hotness level here doesn't bother me because I only go there for a legit massage. There is one girl though who doesn't give a massage at all; found out the hard way if you get my drift. She only wants to get you in and out as quick as possible, and of course she is the hottest one of the five, I avoid her because I don't want to pay 80 plus tip for nothing more than a 15-25 minute HJ. Seems like an utter waste of money. Especially since she doesn't do T / L or anything whatsoever, just a bit of roaming nothing more.

I've gone to legit massage places and never had as good a massage as the women who work here (minus the hot asian girl) and if you want a HE after they offer it as well for no tip, though you can give one I imagine. Two of the women recognize me (both in their 50's) now and are always happy to see me (I'm probably the only dude who doesn't ask them for a HE) and I think they realize how much I appreciate the quality of the massage they give.

Damage. 80 plus 20 tip.

Stars 4/5 (stars in this case are for the quality of the massage, nothing else).

Two old ladies, AMP, place is in a house on fort street. Not sexy at all. Whole experience was underwhelming, robotic and boring. I can only imagine that the guys well over 70 would get anything out of the experience here.

Saw faith once, as others have noted I had the same experience; arrived on time but she was sound asleep, didn't answer the front door or her phone even though she was home and her dogs were barking like crazy. After ten minutes I took off and she calls me thirty minutes later and apologizes. I was only fifteen minutes away since I decided to run a few errands in the area so I went back begrudgingly.

Nuru massage takes place in her basement which is not the most sensual setting. I can tell she is trying, she even showed me around the place explaining what it looked like when she first started in the biz a few years back and how she now has a second sheeted off place for her employee that works for her irregularly.

Honestly, I think faith gives a half-hearted performance in the whole nuru experience because she figures she is hotter than 99% of all the other providers (which she is). But simply being younger and attractive doesn't entirely cut it; nobody wants NURU if you don't think the provider gives much of shit about being there; I'd rather just get a really good massage, nothing more, nothing less, as long as the provider is giving me their all and wants to make my body feel awesome.

I'm not trying to rag on her, I've just noticed that there are a ton of mixed reviews on faith, and I'm trying to explain IMO why some love her and some hate her. I can see both perspectives.

Faith was pleasant enough to talk with, but I don't think I'll return.

Took my first trip to M1 yesterday. I arrived at 10:15 am and walked in to see mamasan. She asked me if I'd been there before and I lied. Told I had been, but it's been a while. I had my hands in my jacket pocket and she immediately questioned why. I told her because it was cold outside she then Asked me if I had a knife in my pocket and I said no, just my car keys. She wanted to inspect them because "sometimes keychains have a pocket knife". I let her inspect my keys and when she was satisfied she took me to room 2. Told her I wanted everything and gave her 140. She counted it, put it in her pocket and then Held out her hand and asked for more. I said I don't have anymore. She seemed ok with that and then told me that a "nice girl" would take care of me.

After a few minutes, in walked Yellow. She's a beauty on the AMP scale and looked pretty young. She lead me to a table shower and gave me an excellent Scrub down. There wasn't a lot of teasing there, but she was very thorough when it came to cleaning every area; When we get back to the room she asked me what I wanted and I told her I wanted some fun first, then massage and then more fun. She agreed to that and began taking off everything. Man she had a killer spinner body, very nice! She did some BBBJ for a bit (pretty good technique) and then rode me CG until I popped. After she cleaned me up with a hot towel she started with her massage.

Here's where things get a little weird. After a few minutes of massage another monger walked through the front door. She said she had to go see because "mamasan was outside exercising". She greeting the monger and took him to a room. She poked her head in my door and said she would be back in 10 minutes because mamsan wasn't here. After a few minutes I hear some talking and the some squeeling as if she was getting nailed in the next room. I thought it had to be her because I didn't see or hear any other girls working while I was there. After about 20 minutes she finally came back and apologized. I asked her what happened and she gave me a vague answer. I really didn't care that much, that extra 20 minutes gave me time to recooperate for round 2.

She finished up her massage and the went straight to a BBBJ until I popped again. She cleaned me up, help med dress and then I was on my merry way. I was there for 90 minutes total and really enjoyed myself. I'll definitely be going back to M1 soon!

I look at the hobby as something of a fantasy experience, so even if a provider has a lot of miles, I don't want the fantasy spoiled by the setting and situation making me aware of that obvious fact.

On the reverse its pretty straight to the business no nonsense. Nothing erotic or sensual, but I don't think she is aiming for that. I think her attitude is that its merely a component of a complete massage.

Only went once, won't repeat, mainly because if I want a good legit massage there are other places I've found. But its no offense to Rain. If you want a straight up massage with a HE for only then she would work because she is centrally located. It doesn't seem anything extra is on the table besides HE.

This one is a tough one to rate. Her setting is about as perfect as they come; nice apartment, shower in the backroom, etc. I went there twice and had two different experience. First time was with a young white girl about 5'4 140 in her twenties and she started out having us both take a shower together, then a nuru massage (no extras beyond typical ending) but overall it was a pretty good time and I'd give her four stars, and might have given her 5 except some lady in the loft upstairs would occasionally talk downstairs to us; she was listening to our conversation the whole time!

Okay, so you're starting to see a theme that I like younger women. Oasis does NOT have younger women, BUT they are two very nice lades late 40 ish /50 ish and in very good shape. I was surprised I enjoyed the first time so much and I ended up going back a second. Massage is good.

I tipped 30 both times and each of the women seemed happy about the tip which was nice, because other places I've been the provider whines unless you tip 40 or more.

They will actually remove their clothes if you play your cards right and I dreamed that I was extremely impressed with how they looked.

After giving it thought, I think why I liked the experience is due to the cheerfulness of the two providers. They weren't robotic at all, and seemed to genuinely appreciate attending to me. Like I said, giving me a total experience (even if the provider is faking it, although I don't think these two women were) is a big plus in my book.

I read a recent review of the place by someone else in the site here and they mentioned the women had moved to a clarkston location. I'm not sure but either way I think going there twice was enough.

7. Asian girl that advertises by the name of Tiffany in her adds. No current posting but regularly posts to BP an craigslist.

This one only posts erratically, I had been watching her posts for a bit and finally tried. She is a very attractive 35 year old AMP.

But the setting is a bit odd; she rents a room in a professional nail salon on woodward in ferndale.

There were at least 5 customers plus other employees in there when she took me to the backroom. Tiffany is extremely hot and dresses to the nines, but the massage is not therapeutic in any way; she uses hot stones and I think her aim is to offer only a sensual massage plus extra on the flip. I opted for no extra because there was no way I could even conceive of getting my mind into it with women & CHILDREN in the other room. Too weird for me, and I think tiffany is pushing it by operating that kind of business in such a high profile place.

On the reveres she went to make it happen but I politely declined and told her there was no way I wanted to do that with children in the next room. She was nice about me declining, but she seemed to think it a bit odd that I didn't want it.

8. Shiatsu. Dequindre / troy.

Been here at least a dozen times because they give an incredibly awesome massage along with backwalking. There are 4 or 5 different women ranging 35 - 55. The hotness level here doesn't bother me because I only go there for a legit massage. There is one girl though who doesn't give a massage at all; found out the hard way if you get my drift. She only wants to get you in and out as quick as possible, and of course she is the hottest one of the five, I avoid her because I don't want to pay 80 plus tip for nothing more than a 15-25 minute HJ. Seems like an utter waste of money. Especially since she doesn't do T / L or anything whatsoever, just a bit of roaming nothing more.

I've gone to legit massage places and never had as good a massage as the women who work here (minus the hot asian girl) and if you want a HE after they offer it as well for no tip, though you can give one I imagine. Two of the women recognize me (both in their 50's) now and are always happy to see me (I'm probably the only dude who doesn't ask them for a HE) and I think they realize how much I appreciate the quality of the massage they give.

Saw faith once, as others have noted I had the same experience; arrived on time but she was sound asleep, didn't answer the front door or her phone even though she was home and her dogs were barking like crazy. After ten minutes I took off and she calls me thirty minutes later and apologizes. I was only fifteen minutes away since I decided to run a few errands in the area so I went back begrudgingly.

Nuru massage takes place in her basement which is not the most sensual setting. I can tell she is trying, she even showed me around the place explaining what it looked like when she first started in the biz a few years back and how she now has a second sheeted off place for her employee that works for her irregularly.

Honestly, I think faith gives a half-hearted performance in the whole nuru experience because she figures she is hotter than 99% of all the other providers (which she is). But simply being younger and attractive doesn't entirely cut it; nobody wants NURU if you don't think the provider gives much of shit about being there; I'd rather just get a really good massage, nothing more, nothing less, as long as the provider is giving me their all and wants to make my body feel awesome.

I'm not trying to rag on her, I've just noticed that there are a ton of mixed reviews on faith, and I'm trying to explain IMO why some love her and some hate her. I can see both perspectives.

Faith was pleasant enough to talk with, but I don't think I'll return.

I had four dreams that I went to this place which apparently doesn't have a business sign. It's next door to a nail salon.
