Big Bravo to you Sixty for your comments! I've been blasting the same message for so long. All of us mongers who are wage slaves demand or expect or at least hope for our bosses to come with improvements to the compensation package year by year. If we're business owners we raise prices and look for new revenue streams and higher profit margins. We criticize Diva providers as feeling "entitled". But this is monger entitlement. Supply and demand will dictate price. There was a time when there were only a handful of AMPs in the Valley. Now, there must be over 100. Most of them are not high volume. Also, GFE is not that common for the Chinese, culturally many they are not into kissing or oral sex as much as their Korean counterparts.
