I am sure you feel cornered. But some advice is that legally. There is nothing that the police would / could do. Worse case is that it is her word against your word. They can not do anything.

I would just tell her go ahead and do what she needs to do, and never answer any more of her calls, emails, or texts. I guess you could say its rolling the dice, but there is little that she could do and the police arent going to go there, unless there is more to the story, like underage or something else illegal.
