Before you see Kate, I would check to see what her affiliation is with Leah Jennings, and if there is any connection, I would run the other way.

It's either Dearborn Heights or Inkster but in that stretch of dodgy looking motels on Michigan Ave. West of Beech Daly there's a solidly good place (at least as of a couple years ago) called the Twin Elms. $30 ish bucks for a couple hours and depending on you and the front desk person you may or may not have to show I'd. If you don't cause trouble I doubt they care in the least about your real self.

Flamingo rents $22 for an hour or two. No I'd, just a signature.
