IF they were PD, they might have been getting food at the place downstairs, that's the most obvious. I was at Happiness recently when a customer that called claimed there were UC outside. Mama asked me to check on my way out, and give them a call. They weren't cops. VICE is not going to raid an MP by itself, not in this day and age and they aren't going to park noticeably out front. UCs will hit the place and then call in the cavalry, including blue and whites with cages. UC cars can't take prisoners. Add on ICE vehicles if its a Immigration deal. If it were late night, its more likely that VICE would be after the gambling place next door.
