I also wonder what's out there for a little more money without getting into $$ territory. For basic "economy" class, Rain Spa on UES and HK Spa in midtown have been fine for 1 Hr massage (. 6) plus standard HE (. 4). I'm now looking for "economy plus" or even a good fare in business class that's good for massage and HE with more attractive "fight attendants". But I can't afford first class tickets and don't want full service anyway. There's an untapped market in Manhattan.
