Just curious about the appointment we made a day in advance because you had to cancel the previous day. Followed all the directions and when I called you at the arranged time from the arranged location you didn't answer or return any texts. Just complete radio silence. Can't see why you would take appointments a day in advance if you are to go dark at the time of the appointment.

I don't know about most of the posters here but dependability is a an important factor for me choosing regular providers and the silent treatment at time of appointment is like breaking one of the commandments.
