HE is not included in the price of $70/ hour. Don't know any place that would include a HE at that price.

No problem with UTC up top and OTC on the bottom. Disinterested finish but got the job done. I've had outstanding service there and very poor service. I think I've only had the same girl twice. It's always someone new and that's a double edged sword. New means you could find a great one. Or lose a great one.

Never sure of the ages, but she's in that mid 30's range. Short, strong legs, big chest. I've tipped slightly higher than standard, but she never once negotiated or even mentioned what tip should be. She's independent so I would say you should just chat with her about what works between the two of you.

Last time I went the table shower was broken ("no hot water" so I opted out. Time before that, same thing as you suffered. Upsell so bad it ruined the mood. I'm done with them too.
