Now I just ask. If I'm contacting a provider from Backpage, I'll send a text asking her for the hourly and BB rate. I almost always get a response, though usually that response includes, "I don't offer BB". Every now and then a provider will respond with an actual BB rate. I also look for ads with the words "open minded" or especially "very open-minded" and it's worked out pretty well.

If I meet a SW then I just tell her that I'm looking for everything uncovered, I don't even mess around anymore with negotiation or chit-chat. She gets in and I just ask. It felt weird at first but after awhile it feels normal. Most will say okay, the few that don't will just get out. I've had maybe a couple of them try and lecture me but I don't respond and I just sit quietly until they get out.
