In response to the inquiring minds, I will first say that TMW is somewhat correct about who is accepting $100. These are not the 18 - 21 college girls who are hotter than all fuck. However, they are not the pigs either. My strategy for that is to target the 28 and up, mostly Plain Jane women, most are the single Mommies who are in need of a little help, but mostly just want a steady fuck without the relationship bullshit. While it is not easy to find these low dollar volume ladies, if you are charming and persistent, and just want a nice looking girl that doesn't have to be a former cheerleader, you can get a very good value for your dollars. With that being said, I rely on the 5 step program that a gentleman named Hollywood Guy introduced to me years ago in another area of this site. It's not for everyone, but it can work very, very well. You would be surprised at how many will say they will accept that. Not droves, but the handful that have has been a surprise. If they say they are looking for more, I will up it to $150 and that will generally seal the deal. As a former sales rep, I always make sure I have room to negotiate. Never offer your highest amount first. If by chance they are young and really hot, I will go to $200, but I will only see them once or twice. That kind of coinage is just not in my long term budget. Also, hosting by them rather than getting a room makes a big difference too.

Having been in this hobby for over 30 years and been involved in many websites / forums for a good 20 of those years, I have learned a lot about sharing information. You will notice for the most part, I offer opinion and past experience wisdom.
