Performing quick searches on the photo and phone number in that advertisement reveals a large number of hits from locations all over the mainland (New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville, Knoxville, Ft. Myers, Chicago, Ft. Wayne, Denver, Albuquerque, Los Angeles, etc.), including some mainland advertisements that are relatively recent. Also notice that the advertiser wants customers to text the number.
