KAMPs (Korean Asian Massage Parlors) have a small entryway with a window so the mamasan can take a peek to see who's there and a door (with doorbell) that separates that small entryway with the massage room area.

More specific: Korean and Chinese sound nothing alike so, if you listen to both, the differences are quite obvious even if you speak neither. Second, Korean and Chinese faces and mannerisms are different as well.

Extra hint: When you walk in and see a desk with that gold-colored, mechanical kitty waving, it's Chinese.
