If they suspect you, I really don't think they could arrest you / impound your car. They'd be within their rights to stop you, ask what you are doing in the neighborhood, and tell you to get lost. But to actually take your car, you would have to commit some sort of crime. If you picked up an undercover, probably.

Suppose I was desperate. Picked up young Monica / Kaylin from WV yesterday evening and immediately regretted it. In retrospect not sure why I even tried to through with it all after the first minute she got in.

Off the bat she was incoherent, slurring, grumbling, growling. When I told her I didn't understand what she was saying she got angry and shouted I hate repeating myself, and then aggressively kept asking me what my problem was. Within minutes she was curled up with her head in the passenger side foot well, she smelled. She had taken off her wet shirt and was flopping around in her bra while I drove. Made me stressed. We got to the spot, which was not a great spot, and she spent an eternity looking in the sun visor mirror while holding her flip phone right against her face for light. She was picking away at something that wasn't there. Occasionally a car would go by. Enough was enough, so the big boy came out and tuition granted. And then she took the little flip phone and it's dim light and started investigating the sex pistol. I said what you are doing? Checking for bumps she said. Now this could have been a pleasurable experience under different circumstances. A cute, she is very cute, young lamb fondling and paying close attention to the goods. But man it wasn't. And she got quite angry again when I asked what she was doing. So I said let's just forget it. Took her for freaking ever to figure out the sleeves. And then she started picking at her face again in the mirror. I said ok sweetie I got to go. Which elicited further raving about not rushing her and personal attacks of character. Finally she got out, stood between the curb and the open car door adjusting herself forever and eventually shut the door. She immediately stepped right into traffic and nearly got herself slammed. Relieved I drove off. I'd had a few good times with her before, and I knew she was a little feral but it had been fun. I won't be going back.
