I'm assuming the ads that have Independent, "Not a Spa" and the girl's height / weight in the title are TGTBT. There are a couple with videos, but then there are some with older pics of porn stars Anastasia and Bailey (as Jessica and Victoria) in them. I know occasionally P.S.'s are available in South Florida, but those would be exceptional. Anyone tried those ads and gotten someone close?

Be nice, polite, friendly, respectful, perhaps with a bit of flattery. Ask, but don't complain, about prices beforehand. Don't ask if it includes FS / HE or make hand jestures. They are outrageously high but at the same timr, it comes to 500 $ hr which idnt unheard of.
