First time ever going to one of these things, and was a bit disappointed. I went at 7:30 pm, and there were only two girls in the building, both looked to be about 45-55. I decided to go through with it anyways. The massage was pretty nice, there was a lot of inner thigh play, which got me somewhat excited, but that was the end of it. During the table shower I asked how much I should tip for something, and she just squirted soap into my hand, and I was not interested in DIY. Definitely a very different experience than what Jasxbc stated.

After that, it is up to the girl, they offer what ever more they chose and set their prices wherever they chose. No consistency past the original price tag.
