A few things I check for when looking at ads:

- does the ad have a location?

- does the ad have a phone number?

- is the ad posted frequently.

- is it a unique ad (copy and paste the ad and google it and see if another city comes up).

If 2 of these are a yes then most likely it is legit. Honestly the best way to consistently get in contact with craigslist women is posting your own ad. Post a pic that looks like you from the web waist down (bigger is better). Make sure you target your needs (bbw, black, white, couples) in your subject line. Make sure you post something like "post your favorite color or food in the subject line" You will get dozens of spam that wants you to go to another email address. Delete them. Keep fishing and re-posting and you will find a girl.

With the linked provider. She's nice looking but does not do an authentic nuru. Oil and a little slipping around is not a nuru. I'm sure if heather is doing nurus they must be pretty good. Saw her once a long time ago and really enjoyed the regular massage.
