Yes a lot of the SW's know, but not all and most BP or utr have no clue. I've been burned twice by the blabber mouth who wants to gain special favor with a girl. They went as far as showing them videos on PH. That's partly the reason why I'm selective as to what I post publicly vs privately. I don't mind that some know, I've had them give over the top performances just cause they knew it might give them free advertising and potential new biz.

IDK, but some guys think it is a secret club or something. Not sure why they don't think the girls know about it.
