Yes, Rebecca has been on the Trail for years but she tries to be UTR. Saw her a couple of months back in the same spot you found her and couldn't stop to get her because I had company in my ride. I was so mad because she used to be on BP and her number changed. She is a good provider and only works when she needs something (not Meds).
