So now I'm left wondering what if anything I should do. I know this woman, have her phone number, have an address, know her "aunt" -- apparently a friend of the family that introduced us initially, and by extension, her mother.

I'm known in the community and a professional, so I fear going to the police, and maybe I should just chalk this up to a known risk of the hobby, although, in this case, it was truly awful and horrifying. I don't know but doubt my anonymity could be preserved. Of course, I hate losing the money and possessions, but they are replaceable, and it is inconvenient to get new CC and and I'd, but I'm alive and not hurt.

Because I do know people, I was able to ask around, and found out that this woman had a recent stint in the pen as an accomplice in a. You guessed it. Home invasion.

I know getting ripped off and taken advantage of happens all the time, and it has happened to me. But this was an armed home invasion that I'm having nightmares about. Any advice anyone can offer on anything that might rectify the situation at all would be greatly appreciated.

You have to at a minimum out her on every board possible. You have to help others avoid her.

That's some crazy shit! Sorry you had to go through that. At this point, I would do nothing. She won't be coming back and if you go to the police you know there would be a lot of holes in your story unless you tell them exactly why she was there. Not good. I'm wondering though why you didn't dig a little deeper into her past? You said you knew her Aunt and she was a friend of the family but later found out she had a prior arrest for home invasion / theft. Don't get me wrong, I've had ladies to my house and hotel BUT they were from agencies and were checked out but having some random girl from BP in your home without doing so much as a name Google (which in this case you could have done since you said you knew her) is really just asking for trouble. This girl is obviously comfortable with this sort of thing and will do it to someone else. I would warn people of who she is here and the other board but beyond that, I don't think you have any recourse.

If anonymity is a major concern I would chalk this up as just part of the hobby and a learning lesson. At the very least you should out her here so your fellow bros can avoid that *****.

Me, personally, I would probably seek revenge. But that's just me and would openly admit seeking revenge is a bad idea even if it were me.

I tend to agree, really I do, except for one thing: Even when we exchange info on this board, it doesn't mean that we're going to hear about every single rip-off. Some members will report them, and save us the aggravation and lost $$ but other members might not. I would, but another Senior Member might not. Not everyone bothers to pass along info, good or bad.

And the odds that someone from this board is present when the hotel management kicks out the gal is slim-to-none. They want to avoid a scene as much as anyone, so they're going to wait until any visitors leave before confronting the lady. If she really is ripping guys off, then most guys won't even be there that long to begin with.

I sure understand that temptation to let it go, but you know, it's really not about "revenge. " A gal who's bold enough to rip off someone a little might be bold enough to arrange to have a guy (pimp, dealer) stand outside and jump someone. I once went to an incall where the lady started upselling me from the moment I handed her the agreed donation. I could tell it was going to wind up being a ridiculous amount by the end, so I just told her to keep what I had already given her. . . And I got dressed.

Here's the kicker: As I was putting my clothes back on, she started accusing me of ripping her off. Of backing out of the agreed amount (the amount we had actually agreed on, I had already handed over to her). She chased me down the hallway as she whipped out her cellphone and called her "bodyguard," and as I fled down the stairwell I heard her describing me to somebody on the other end.

Was she just messing with me? Actually, no. As I was briskly walking to the subway station, this guy ran up alongside me and slung an arm around my neck as if we were good pals and warned me to cough up the extra dough or else he was going to beat the shit out of me. Just at that moment, a patrol car was driving down the street in our direction and the guy disengaged himself and spun around and headed back to the gal's apartment building.

Next day I looked up the building owner and called his office. I looked up the property management company and called them. And I called the local LE station and the local neighborhood newspaper as well. About a week later a story appeared in that newspaper about a couple of lowlife's who had assaulted a guy who had answered their ad offering a massage. The gal in the picture was the same gal who had tried to upsell me.

So sometimes, I agree, when it seems to be an honest misunderstanding or just piss-poor service. . . There's no need to drop a dime. But if it seems to be an ongoing racket, yeah, drop the dime, because it might be lots worse for the next fella to visit.

Leaving a review like this, and including the link to the ad, is plenty of "revenge" for getting poor service (or worse).

Calling LEO to "drop a dime", and also including her hotel and room # in your review for that matter, is likely to cause more problems for other providers too, and therefore make things worse for you and the rest of us. It's already getting harder for us to exchange info freely, and for providers to advertise and feel comfortable. This site ain't exactly Yelp, and for good reason.

Sorry to hear about your experience man. I'm a rookie in this hobby, but I've learned to take the good with the bad and everything in between. That's where boards like this are absolutely clutch for weeding out the shitty ones. I don't think you should ever dime someone out for bad service, just do what you did and air her out on the boards.
