I found that some girls would and other would not, it was hit or miss, if you took the girl for a couple of days the chances were better that she would.

Well I haven't been able to contribute for quite some time but I finally have something to contribute. I've been there a few times. Last year I found that things had changed for the worse as far as selection goes, and they all prefer Japanese tourists. BB is maybe 1 in 5, never had a problem. The best chance for me was with the freelancers at Nataree Massage, 4 to 5 k THB range roughly $130. Freelancers on the street are more of a risk. I have been all around the world several times and only got an STD once, caught chlamydia once back in college. Might have gotten something another time or just been paronoid so I took a dose that was picked up in Mexico. On several occasions I was shocked that I hadn't caught bugs when given my test results. "Are you sure doc?" Mostly stopped super risky behavior like BBing SWers. That would be Big League dangerous for me after pulling that roulette trigger about a thousand times. I got the Hep vaccine a long time back and the Herp vaccines more recently. I religiously annoint the schlong with alcohol, antibiotic, tea tree oil, and occasionally with an OTC anti fungal cream for good measure. BBing for me is not a must so I will use the high volume ladies for that gratification but will also go after a few prizes that don't come that easy (several visits or some movies and wine and dine fun).

Every time you get out of bed there are risks involved. My biggest fear would be picking up HIV or Syphilis. I get tested every quarter. That's about the frequency I have sex with my wife. So if any gonorrhea were to show it would usually show within a few weeks.
