I like the GoFundMe / crowdfunding idea very much. I suggest some of you Les Deplorables that know how to do this contact Silky. She can choose a known monger as manager and then he pays the bills from fund. Or something like that. Care she needs gets done and risk of funds getting diverted gets minimized. Helping a friend through group effort seems downright neighborly.
