Several touring agencies will send EE girls to Chicago. Most of them use Ohare or Schaumberg and downtown area hotels. The ones I'm tracking hardly operates in the west burbs, at least for incalls.

The only touring agency with EE girls that disappears from TER since last year is City Girls from Florida. They have a 800 number, ends with 2118. At least this is what I know. They still send girls to Chicago regularly, just use BestGFE for forum advertising and reviews. They ask for $300 per hour, they never host in downtown for cost reasons. The few agencies I've reported in this thread have enough options for you. You need to be more specific about what do you mean by enthusiastic. Also, TER Chicago ad board always have some decent options of touring or local girls. You can read and search without VIP.
