1. You definitely grossly overpaid. Standard for HE is generally 40-60 for the hour to the house, and 40 tip to the girl. I generally will go 60 if she gets topless / naked. At $100 you should be expecting BJ and even FS in some places.

You screwed up. You pay the door fee and then tip for the extra services. In this case, 40 for the hour and then 40 for HE. Thats it.
