There's excellent talent in the RDU area. Tip number one: Stop the madness and steer away from backpage. Tip Number two: Be ready and prepared to spend more. Tip Number three: Go with reputable sources. There's tons of GREAT providers, they just don't post on backpage. They also have lots of great reviews and usually can be found on the oThER site, Eros and sometimes Slixa.

These are some tips that have helped me gain a better prospective to engaging with much better quality providers that deliver time and time again with no problems.
