CI's get flipped to work off cases they get jammed up on. In this case the CI was probably not in good graces with the cops and / or was in trouble again and needed to give the Defective something good to get out from under.

Morgan then started doing duo's with Chrissie, in their house. How did the deputy meet Morgan anyway? Morgan did not have her kids. He had to know something something about Morgan. Crissie was on the H and been arrested many a time over the last four years. The deputy was working at the JC since 1998. He had to know what Chrissie was about, cause he had to run her info out. You think he did not run Morgan's info out?

Neighbor's were watching the house. I'm sure if they had the video set up, they had reported the activity to the cops. Crissie got locked up not to long ago and was living at the house. She got locked up and was at the JC and the deputy did not know? I would say to have a stretch working, for two years almost, at one location, with people watching, watching so much they put a camera on the house, damn, Chrissie was probably a CI for someone outside the city too.

CPD made the bust outside the City. They paid their CI to do a duo outside the city and when he was done with the duo, CPD bust the house. Cops probably thought Crissie was just doing her thing and they was letting her do her thing giving up info on her tricks. I would also say if you have a retired CPD captain running for sheriff against a sheriff that came up through the ranks of the county, you may have the city having the county look bad too. This thing is shady all around. It's election time and the vice busts always pick up before election time.

You had one CI working something off, that CPD paid the bill for him to get him a duo. He got put it to a cops wife and got his nuts for free, for an hour and didn't have to worry about a damn thing. Damn I would even say you got Chrissie as a CI too! Chrissie was being left alone to do her business and probably giving up some of the guys she saw I bet. You got a deputy that takes in Crissie. Crissie and Morgan are working out of the deputy's house for almost two years and dude don't know nothing? The Deputy might not have known about the business, but you think he was not getting duo's at home for free?

Dude just thought he was macking! If we was not doing duo's, then that's just wrong! They were doing duo's for $180 and was not getting a taste at home for free? I bet they was keeping him happy so he did not want to know. If not, again that's just wrong and the deputy is just dumb. If there was sheets on any bed in that house, then them sheets had to be all sticking together when deputy got home and got in bed. He probably could not find a clean towel in the house, house be smelling like weed and air freshener all the time. Them girls be buying douche and lube by the case! Come on! He did not know cause he was knee deep in it. They are all just caught up in the game and now they got everyone's phones. What they going do? Who they going say something on now to get out from to get out from under?

This ol mess may just be starting!! Be safe. Me, I'm laying it down for a while till this all blows over. To much drama.

I worked with a former detective a few years back. His department sent him in to a massage parlor as the "client" so they could bust them for prostitution. According to him, the 'masseuse' had a mouthful before they raided the parlor; his fellow officers thought it would be funny to wait even though he was giving the code word for them to raid on his transmitter well before she started. My 2 cents- they probably do what they want, considering they control the situation. Wouldn't you?
