It depends. Some places it's one and done. You shoot the load, she cleans you up and send you on your way. Most will clean you up and continue the massage, head, face, legs still may be less than the full hour. Some will provide a second shot if they see you need more attention. Back in the day (when junior was capable of multiple shots), I looked for places that gave you the first shot early in the massage while on my stomach then continued the massage and got the second shot after the flip.
