Had some time last night and hit immoral park and the sal arm tour. Saw two cuties while I gassed up at the station (killer prices less than 2 a gallon but I digress). There were too many uncles in the vicinity so I headed down to the park and ran into big bird Becky. Scooped her only because she caught me coming out of rofo and she was cooking really bad on the pipe. Fed her a 1/4 lb with cheese and opted to give her a few bucks and pass on the excellent head since awhile back she had a hideous absess on her thigh and I didn't have a cover. She is really light and doent look half bad but she's burning fast gentlemen. In addition the LEO gang was in full swing next to the subway as well and some twink and his girlfriend decided to tail me out to 95 in a small dark honda in serious need of a muffler. Weirdness continues to prevails in our fine city. Good luck and be alert Hc.

You have provided more facts that have put this into context. And what you say is more plausible. Just as I deduced previously and supported by your own experience with the two old ladies that the notifications being sent if true, are not from the cameras on top of light poles but were instead initiated from a neighborhood watch type program. All I have to say now is just be discrete in your dealings and be aware of your surroundings. Watch for who is watching you. When you stop blatantly out in the open to pickup or negotiate, it bring unnecessary attention to our culture.

I went to pick her up several weeks ago. As she comes out, she starts taking pictures of my car, license plate and me. She got in and I took her phone and told her that we were going nowhere until we deleted those pictures.

She is a bit goofy and I don't trust her. I feel that if you pissed her off that she just might go to the police and make false accusations. Even turning over the pictures. She is very coherent and not dumb. I think that she has a medical condition.

Also, I did pick her up "walking" on Fairhaven last week. I think that walk of hers is actually cute. She still tries to get way more than she is worth.

As previously stated, I am still not a big fan of her mic work. She just "starts and stops" way too much. It's basically an expensive HJ. IMHO!

Yeah, needless to say I'm not going anywhere near her again. If she did go to the police, what could she or any lady of the streets say? Even if she did make the report, she herself would have to be arrested for soliciting prostitution right? I don't know how this corrupt city works but I don't think the police would follow through, especially if she did show the text messages because it would incriminate their self? I've never dealt with a girl like this and even though I block her seven ways from Sunday, it still worries me that she could make accusations and just make my life miserable.

About a year ago I had business at two separate locations in Brooklyn. I made many trips between those locations and sometimes made a point to see who was out. I did this for several days over the course of about 2 months.

I had previously read reports about 2 old ladies watching the action; I believe I saw them parked at Pontiac and 6th. I stopped at the stop sign and a hooker approached my car right in front of these old ladies. I ignored the girl. A few weeks later I received a letter from the Baltimore Police Department. The letter essentially said that I had been seen in a hooker zone doing things that were consistent with mongering. The letter was mailed to my home address and identified the particulars of my car. The letter was also clear that no legal action would be taken, although they were keeping records.

It is my belief that the two old ladies were acting as some sort of community patrol. They probably reported many such incidents and the police probably sent many such letters to car owners. I know of no case where electronic surveillance was used to generate such a letter. I don't expect any such electronic surveillance based letters to be generated in the near future, the police have better things to do than review that type of video and send letters that say "your car was spotted and the unidentified operator might have been thinking about committing a misdemeanor. ".

If you are a regular street monger who has received such a letter and then gets caught, don't be surprised if your letter is brought up at your hearing.

Was this notification on city or state letter head? Did it have a POC? If so I would take this to the local chapter of the ACLU. The government has no business monitoring or movement in the public domain till the point where just because you are seen in a public area you get a notice in the mail just for being in a area without breaking a law. Red-light cameras are different, they are catching you violating a law. But just because you drive in a area should not constitute receiving a "Notification".

Believe it not, we do have rights. The Police / Law Enforcement / Government must have reasonable cause to run your tags. Just being in a bad area does not justify reasonable-cause. You may be able to get some money if this is true and you take it to court. You may need take it to the Superior Court Level to get some traction.

This just isn't good, because you now know that your tags and name are going into a database that every police offer will see if you are ever stopped for any reason. They then use this database to see trends and patterns when they are determining what course of action they will take for what ever reason you have been stopped or detained by the police.

Again, I still question if everyone that lives in the areas gets notifications on regular basis for being spotted / seen in a area that they live in.

Hey fellow mongers.

It's been a little while since my last post. Recently been cruising Wilkins. Saw a few girls out this morning, but I was running late for work so I couldn't partake. Last week was pretty busy. Picked up redheaded Angela. Took her to my spot for a little mic work. I told her I do everything covered. She said good, she does as well. Picked up Skinny Amanda off the loop yesterday. Did the 'are you a cop?' touch and then had to listen to her sob story about who she owes money to as we get to my spot. She suggested her place, but I am not going anywhere I am unfamiliar with. We agreed on a price and she began a CBJ. If you were looking up 'mediocre BJ' in the dictionary, her face would be there. Couldn't find a decent spot (and honestly I wasn't too keen with her) so gave her a few bucks for the time and dropped her off. She was super nice, despite being a little out of it, and even gave me her digits and a kiss on the cheek.
