What was up with Uncle this afternoon? I did the entire trail and only saw three providers out - 1 WSW and 2 BSW. The one WSW I saw looked high as a kite. At the Consulate intersection, there was a thick BSW but there were also two LEO cars. I did see a parade of OCSO marked vehicles everywhere up and down the trail, going into and out of parking lots.
