Posts: 228This seems to be a recurring theme in this board, about getting "Notifications in the Mail". This just seems far fetched and highly unlikely. It just goes against common sense and basic logic. Lets try use some logic here to se if this makes any sense.

2. These cameras are on the top of light poles, the angle just makes it impossible to take photos of a licenses plate of a car that on that same block. That is just basic geometry. The camera would have to be at steep angle at least 4 blocks away to capture a license plate and it not be blurry, that kind of quality camera to get a license plate from 4 blocks is very expensive.
3. The government would not engage in notifications for hypothetical situations like "your car has been frequently spotted in a high crime area known for drugs and prostitution". That takes money, the paper, postage, man hours for someone to print and place in a envelope. Money that I am sure Baltimore does not have or that could be better spent else where.
4. Can you imagine the law suits they would get from individuals and the ACLU. It would be a fiscal nightmare situation for the City and State.
If notifications are sent, it seems like something that a non-profit or neighbor hood organization will do. But not from police cameras on the top of lights. It just doesn't make sense people.

Stopped by w / w after a show late Friday night. A few girls out, but most were zombies or skin and bones. Picked up this Angela around Pulaski. Couldn't find a decent spot (and honestly I wasn't too keen with her) so gave her a few bucks for the time and dropped her off. She was super nice, despite being a little out of it, and even gave me her digits and a kiss on the cheek.
Check out backpage forum for my other exploits of the night.

I had the same problem for about a month. I was on my way to see another SW , but saw Jewelz standing on Wilkins. I parked and walked up to her and asked what the deal was with her phone. She told me she dropped it in water. I dated her after we talked, she told me some guy she is sharing a phone plan with was bringing her a phone that day. She text me later on that day to let me know it was on. I haven't heard from her since .

I kept getting this picture from FB sent to my phone as a association with another WSW. I thought the face looked familiar, but I didn't recognize it. This was over a month ago. You know I just figured out yesterday who it is, and that's only because this time a name was attached to the picture. I've been up close and personal with this girl several times too. I guess facial expressions can make a person's image in your mind seem like someone else.
Can you guess who this is right off?

Posts: 404You may not get a ticket, but.
They may send a notification to your house saying that your car has been frequently spotted in a high crime area known for drugs and prostitution. For us mongers who have a lady at home, that can be big trouble!

Went out last night after the sun went down, figure it would cool down a little. Rode past the c / b area and saw nothing but LEO. Kept going on to the circle. Saw only 1 WSW and figured I'll check around. Got up by the church and spied a spinner BSW. She gave me the look and I rounded the block and made the scoop. She's about 5, 1" maybe 110 pounds. Sweet little bubble butt and nice bee cups. She was very pleasant to chat with and negotiated standard tuition for half an half. Found a good spot and she started with mic work, she started kinda slow but then built up the tempo. Meanwhile my fingers are running all over her tight ass. I then found her wet cootch and fingered her up. After a little while I told her to climb on top and she obliged. Settling down on my cock and riding with passion. Her body was so soft and smooth, Tits are firm and perfect, hard nipples finally I couldn't hold back anymore and I filled her like a donut. Cleaned up and dropped her off where I picked her up. Got digits but she had to get her phone turned on again. I would definitely definitely repeat I haven't enjoyed myself like that in a long time. Need to get her to a notell for an extended stay. Anyway stay safe and happy hunting fellas!

Not to worry for an expierenced monger. As far as I know it's legal to give or offer someone a ride. The video can only be used as evidence to support any wrong doings or illegal activities that transpires by the State Prosecutors in court. I was in court the other day when I witnessed how the video evidence was used to build a "Preponderance" of evidence to convict the defendants, who had broken the law. Now if you pick up an Undercover LE and it is on video then you might have a problem otherwise just be smart and there is "Nothing" to worry about. Peace.

Hate to bust anyone bubble. But it is because of the D. O. J report that more of these devices will be deployed everywhere.
Vendors are demonstrating their equipment in areas of high interest. All paid for by joint Federal, state & local funds.
So say cheese. LOL!

They cannot and never will send tickets via mail for picking up a person. There is absolutely no way to determine any intent whatsoever. Those cameras are for monitoring CLEAR evidence of criminal wrongdoing, I. E. Drug transactions, drug transactions, and oh yeah, drug transactions. Less than zero chance you can be ticketed for giving someone a ride.

Posts: 1263They won't be able to afford many of these. City still has to pay back pay to the local LE's, pay them off for defamation and pay for that DOJ report recommendations. Stupid politicians. Bwahhh!!
