They cannot and never will send tickets via mail for picking up a person. There is absolutely no way to determine any intent whatsoever. Those cameras are for monitoring CLEAR evidence of criminal wrongdoing, I. E. Drug transactions, drug transactions, and oh yeah, drug transactions. Less than zero chance you can be ticketed for giving someone a ride.

Late Night Creep
I overslept yesterday night, and missed my regular prowl time. I made a few dates with some SW via texting, but missed them because I couldn't get myself out of bed in time.
I tried a few numbers around 2 am and got a answer back from both. One date was for anal, the other was just for a BJ. The anal date didn't get back to me until a half hour to forty five after I quoted her what I would pay for anal.

Took a ride through the different loops this week and it was scarey to say the least. There was a lot of girls out around Payson area around 9:00 at night, but they didn't look to good. They all pretty much looked like shit because of the heat and the drugs have really taken down some really nice looking girls. Went back the next day and very few had changed their clothes and cleaned up. I will say Natalie was one of the few who looked clean and nice in her red shorts but another one who has gotten way to thin. Had Sam hollering and waving standing in the street, by the way she looks terrible now, with LE coming down the street. I ignored her and LE didn't fuck with, dam I was pissed she did that. There is very few good street girls left walking.
I have to give a big shout out to you high roller sugar daddys this week. You guys keep giving out that money to keep these girls well and clean, I am loving you brother. My best dates I had this week are complements of you. I am sure I am not the only one they are calling for extra money but I am lovin it, thanks again. I guess it pays off to be respectful to some of these girls. If you think they are staying home waiting on you, your a dreamer, you got to babby sit them 24/7.
LE is totally off the hook patrolling the loops. Because of the rapes in the area, they are looking at everybody. Its going to get interesting how LE deals with people because of the Feds report, illegal stops etc.

Just passed the circle, Ramsey and Wilkins Verizon just installed new HD HIGH REZ VIDEO CAMS WITH MORE APPARNETLY TO COME!! Things are going to stay hot there now. Imagine they will start sending tix via mail for pickups. Got to adapt. Not sure when they go live. Be careful and start looking up bruthers.

That might have been me if it's the same girl. Short hair, really skinny, but nice little natural rack. I've seen her out before but always too risky. She always looks like she's sleeping and in a trance. Finally had the right situation and scooped her up. Complained that her arm was broken so action was limited. Also kept asking to go to her "spot" which is a no-no. Not ever. While she was friendly enough, she kept asking to give her more tuition. Her hygene was awful and she was filthy, although she claimed she had just showered and came out. I kept it short and pretty uneventful. Nothing stirring but the uncle
Went out and did the loops of B / CB NOTHING AT ALL!! Up and down to 6th and nothing but uncle to be found. Went down Wash nothing by the circle k. Over to WW the circle was bare the side streets nothing. Spent about 2 hours and nothing to show. Guess a bad day for fishing.
