My guess is it varies widely.

A few years ago I kept trying to schedule with Ashleigh but she always suggested a different time that didn't work for me. This went on for 3 or 4 days until I gave up. Based on the irregular times she had available, I'd guess she was scheduling 5 to 8 customers per day. Perhaps that was a busy few days for her.

OTOH, there are many girls who are waiting by the phone just hoping to get 1 or 2 customers per day. If they accommodate your exact schedule request, they probably don't have a full dance card. Think of the times you get to her hotel and call for the room number and she stalls. A few minutes later you see her drive up and register. 2 minutes later she calls with the room number. You were her first customer and that could happen late in the day.
