I was a first time user, first time buyer, so I had a lot of questions. Brother allnuts answered all my questions. Settled on the pro L. Worked good, but had delayed effect because I took it after I had eaten lunch. Next time got to take it before eating.

Allnuts was very helpful and easy to deal with.
