I haven't been to siam Thai for a few months so I can't provide names. But to say it doesn't happen or isn't allowed is not true in my experience. Its sort of like going out with a girl once and saying she doesn't put out when you didn't attempt to make a move on her. Getting play at a legit massage place is like dating a girl. Not trying to being an ass but it's one of those places you are going to just have to find out for yourself since there are so many conflicting reports. As long as I've known this place for almost 10 years, I've got yet to experience anything or noticed any signs of play to be had. I've also got yet to see one detailed report proving there is.
