In your original post you stated "allowed roaming" I would think of roaming as a little more than "touched".

Nowhere in your original post did you ever say "we negotiated an agreement before proceeding". You said "standard finish and my standard .2 tip". From that one could think that nothing was negotiated beforehand and that you tipped her after the standard finish. If you negotiated the tip before and she agreed to do it for that amount then great, no problem but you should have written that in your post.
