Got to be at least 18, but if you're asian you're going to have more trouble, because you assumably look young. If you're trying to get full service at a korean owned shop the most you'll probably come away with is a HE, even if said shop offers FS. Most places if you look too young will check your I'd if your under 21 most of them won't I got a buddy who's younger and gets checked at most places he goes.
