So I've been trying to meet this Crissy, WSW who hangs around the Laurel area for some months now. Dawn of Laurel knows her, and so does Joyce of Laurel.

I don't have the ordinance number here but I'm pretty sure exposing yourself in public is a violation in most places regardless if its a cop check or not.
