I think this topic has come up before, but maybe one more time. We are not able to search 3-letter names on this board to the best of my knowledge. I vaguely recall someone suggesting in the past to add a fourth character to aid us in that regard. An example on this board is "Noa", who has many highly positive reports here. So my suggestion is to borrow from Twitter. If each of us would put in at least one place in our post a four-letter name by putting the at symbol in front of the three letter name, then the problem should be solved I hope. So if the lady's name is XXX for example, then in the post call her at XXX in one place. Of course if anyone else has a better idea than this, I would be all for it.
