As this is my wife's spa, I can clear up a few things. Coco is not forty but close to it, mid 30's, and is married and her asian husband knows what she is doing. He, unlike myself, doesn't seem to have an issue with the fact that she gives HE's to any guy with forty bucks to spare. My best guess is that they need this dough for their mutual survival. He, like I also gets a massage from time to time there. When she smiles, as is the case for many of the asian ladies, Coco is cute, but not a knockout. When not smiling, she does appear a bit plainish, ordinary. Perhaps a solid seven / ten when smiling.
