I checked this place out tonight and had a similar experience. Parked my car on ec Blvd and walked over. Door was wide open. I walked in and nothing. Was heading to east SD that took me thru university. I noticed a huge grand opening sign next to the taco shop on the corner of college. Made a quick glance towards the building with the sign but didn't see a store front.

In El Cajon city. Sits on the NW corner of Bradley and magnolia.
