Theres way to rotate in any video editors but I'm sure youll need to rerender it. Vlc player is nice. Because it gives you the option to rotate or play with the video aspect ratios for desired crispness.

Easy, once you download it to a computer you should be able to rotate and / or flip horizontally or vertically before uploading to PH. Nothing you candor on the phone itself though.
