So I recently saw Dallas again, it took my almost 2 years to hook back up with her. I must say I was disappointed. In the past she would complete her BBBJ's with an aggressive enthusiasm. I am not a lawyer, I have only general knowledge. But, here is the thing with these types of laws. I think the courts may make a distinction between audio and video recording. With audio, you could be on the phone so there may be no way of telling where all participants are, therefore you need their permission to record no matter what. Most laws governing video recording are predicate on the location. Meaning are you on a public street or are you in the privacy of someone home / office with a hidden camera. If you are in the confounds of your home, most states afford you the expectation of privacy.

This is why news crews are often broadcasting from sidewalks outside homes, because the sidewalk is considered public property and they need permission to video from an owner to video on private property. But these guys are on public streets or private property that is not owned by the monger being videoed. So it is my layman's opinion that if you are videoed you have little recourse and you might even get yourself a trespassing charge on yourself.

Bottom line, these guys can video on public streets all they want without permission. So just be very careful with running to the police to launch a complaint, you just might get yourself in a different jam.

That's right. MD one of a handful of states where this is illegal. There should be a "reasonable expectation of privacy" so I don't know how that would play out in court. Also a monger would need to press charges. I don't think it could result in counter charges but it could backfire in other ways.

I was all set up to meet Dallas at her in call location, but got no response from her once I got there. I even told her when I was 10 minutes away. She text me and said okay. Only thing I can figure is, after I posted about her having a room, she made a date with another monger before I could get there.
