I'm sorry your experience with Starr wasn't the best. She can come off sorta cold but I set up some rapport and cracked a couple of jokes to loosen her up a little. Yes, on multiple occasions. Weird thing is the positive and negative reviews are all pretty much accurate. I find her as eager to please as a human can be.
