We need to be prepared when this happens. We need to be able to adjust on the fly, by knowing the area, and calling other providers within the area, when the one we want go cold(getting busy with someone else). I think if you are in the area when you call, you may improve your chances of getting what you want. Anyone else with any input chime in.
