So a couple questions:

I would agree. Good looking gal. Thicker side photos are accurate. She will rush you out the door as fast as possible (10 min.) everything covered. If her service was better I'd see her again, but since it's not I wouldn't waste my time.

They can be tough to reach and slow to respond, I had to try several times and use different numbers to finally connect. Different numbers because I used a textfree number to text first, when she wanted to voice verify my connection was awful and must have been a concern as they won't reply to that number anymore. Calling is best as they will want to hear your voice at some point anyway at first, be persistent and youll get thru.

I think it's best to call first. How you speak to someone says a lot about yourself. If she ignores you, try again another day. Sweet persistence goes a long way in the hobby.
