Respectfully I have to disagree with you on that one. Every town has it's bad sections but Oxford is not that bad, definitely safer than Durham IMO. Henderson on the other hand is going to sh#t, and was never very good to start with. I would be very sceptical of and cautious with anyone in Henderson.

Main issue I see with small towns is it is hard to not be noticed. Easier to not stand out in a large town. Also if the girl has any uncle issues the local LEO are probably much more likely to keeps tabs on the girls once they are on their radar.

Agree 100%. I should have specified Henderson. I have no knowledge of the Oxford trollop scene.
