99% certain this chick is a sting. Quite a sophisticated one, but then again, small town cops have f* all to do, so it doesn't surprise me. Here's how it went down.

By this point, she's saying she can't wait much longer because its late, and that she didn't get the pic I sent. (This turns out to be red flag #4). I send new pic from my actual number instead of GV, and I find my way back to where I'm supposed to be. I go down the street that she directed me to, its a dead end, and completely dark, so I turn around and get the hell out of dodge. Ask her if she received the pic I sent, she stops replying, so I decide that I'm heading back home. Look in my rearview and what do I see? My friend LEO again. Follows me down to a T intersection, right on my ass the whole way. I turn, he turns around and goes back to where he came from.

I doubt she's a sting, but if your spidy senses go off then better to play it safe than sorry. I'm thinking she's a naive new provider. I've run across a few that are too explicit in communicating like you described. I think they might be trying to cover their ass by having the customer describe the transaction, rather than them. Which would make it entrapment for LE to do so, right?
