My experience is the same as Shark.

I Have never asked for it before I met them, as I don't think many will say yes to BB without meeting you. The reality is one may BB you, but not someone else depending on their comfort level and other factors.

Once I meet them, I always let them know I've had a vasectomy, and I present myself not as a full blown monger, as if they get that feel, it will hurt your chances at getting BB.
