Set up a date further away, so she has to travel. Then don't show.

We did that a lot in NY. The policy of our group was that if you fucked over one of our own, we would all spend time making dates where they would have to travel a bit, and then we would no show. This is exactly why you never pay for a m&g other than the food or drinks. Even that, keep to a minimum. In addition, even if you end up in agreement to some private time, the policy should always be that the gift is not given until the panties have hit the floor.
